We will also conduct a Survey or Review existing Plan. We assess dimensions, natural light, plumbing and electrical locations, and any architectural constraints.
3. Concept Design
At this stage we develop layout options that maximise both functionality and visual balance and determine the overall Design direction. We develop concept imagery, mood-boards, material palettes, Furniture and cabinetry concepts.
4. Detailed Design Package
A full, contractor-ready set of documents including:
